Join our team as Entrepreneur in Residence

SETsquared Bristol

We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to join our award-winning team at SETsquared Bristol.

We incubate tech startups – helping them transition from where they are now to where they need to be. We put our founders first, recognising that no two startups are the same, which is why helping them develop is so exciting. Our members benefit from truly bespoke advice crafted around their ambitions.

This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to be instrumental in helping our member companies grow their businesses and make an impact in the world.

You will work with the SETsquared team and two other Entrepreneurs in Residence to support our 80+ member companies.

Who you are

You’re experienced in working with early-stage technology companies, as a member, advisor or mentor. Ideally you have launched your own startup and gone through the fundraising process.

You’re extremely comfortable developing and implementing business plans, advising on fundraising processes, investment readiness, sales and marketing strategies, Intellectual Property, team and growth strategies and Board and Governance. You know how to deliver effective workshops in your areas of expertise.

More than anything, you’re a great listener, can provide constructive feedback and want to be part of the Hottest Accelerator in Europe as it grows.

The role is one day a week for a one-year contract, starting August 2021 with some initial training from May/June 2021.

To apply, please email your CV or LinkedIn profile with a short covering note explaining why you are interested in this role to monika.radclyffe@setsquared.co.uk by midnight on the 19 May 2021.

We encourage applications from all backgrounds, communities and industries, and are committed to having a team that is made up of diverse skills, experiences and abilities.
