“Silicon Gorge was an excellent experience – Moropo has benefitted directly from the quality ecosystem connections made and productive, insightful feedback.”

Marty Reid, Director at SETsquared Bristol, said:

“It’s always inspiring to see quality pitches and a wonderful range of tech and creative innovation at Silicon Gorge. The companies on show were definitely in the right place to attract the funding for the next stage of their growth and we look forward to hearing about their progress following the event.”

The showcase took place at Huboo’s Bristol offices as part of a wider Investor Day, providing an ideal networking opportunity for those looking to raise. Huboo’s Founder, Martin Bysh, was one of the first Silicon Gorge pitchers back in 2015 – they’ve since achieved a phenomenal growth trajectory, raising £60m last year and on the path to unicorn status.

Silicon Gorge returns in the new year, with applications opening on 23 February 2023.
